Rihanna, the American pop star, has been making headlines recently, whether for her viral tweet about India’s farmers’ protest or for posing topless while wearing a Lord Ganesha pendant. And now the singer has piqued everyone’s interest once more by posing by the poolside in a black bikini next to her Queen-sized novel.

Rihanna can be seen in the photo flaunting her curves in a black bikini with silver sparkling details. She wore shades and bright red lipstick. She rested her head on her huge 504-page photography book, which includes a double-sided poster and over 1000 pictures. She told her fans that only 500 copies of the Rihanna book, which tells her incredible story, are available. Also, check out Mia Khalifa’s interview with Priyanka Chopra. Jonas’ silence during the farmers’ protest has been compared to Shakira.

Rihanna’s amazing story unfolds in 504 pages and over 1,000 photos, plus gatefolds and special inserts including bound-in booklets, a die-cut tip-in sheet, and a double-sided removable poster, according to a statement on her website about her book.

Rihanna’s latest photo, in which she posed topless with a Ganesha pendant for a lingerie brand, sparked outrage. “When @PopcaanMusic said “me nuh wan ya wear no lingerie tonight fa me girl” @SavageXFenty,” she tweeted, sharing her photo. She got a lot of backlash from Indian Twitter users for offending Hindus and insulting Lord Ganesha.

A group of Jharkhand residents staged a protest against international popstar Rihanna’s cosmetic company, Fenty Beauty, outside the DLF Promenade Mall here earlier. The protesters claimed that the Sephora brand, which is sold by a French multinational, is involved in child exploitation because it uses mica, which is mined in Jharkhand and extracted by thousands of children. The protesters claimed to be members of two non-profit organizations dedicated to the welfare of children, especially those involved in child labour.

The NCPCR is investigating Rihanna’s brand for allegedly using mica from Indian mines where child laborers operate in deplorable conditions. The Legal Rights Observatory (LRO) NGO has filed a complaint against the beauty brand with the NCPCR, requesting an investigation into mica procurement. The lawsuit was filed after Rihanna made headlines when she tweeted about Indian farmers protesting. Other international figures, such as Greta Thunberg, a climate change activist, have expressed support for the farmers’ protests.
